In general, any order placed before 3 pm EDT will be processed by the next business day. Tracking will be uploaded about a day later. It is a manual process for us so even if you do not see tracking in eBay immediately, it does not mean your order has not been processed. Many of our items are very large and heavy so logistically preparing them for shipping with Fedex is not as simple as putting a label on a box and carrying it to a drop-off center. Items may ship from Florida, California, South Carolina or Tennessee depending on inventory levels and shipping issues. We reserve the right to ship from any of those locations. For this reason, the eBay estimated delivery date – while generally very accurate – is still only an ESTIMATE. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns about shipping and delivery of your item.
Since many items ship in original manufacturer’s packaging and are VERY heavy, on rare occasions, the item may arrive damaged by Fedex. The best thing to do is to refuse it as damaged on the spot. However, since this is not always possible, we will always replace an item damaged in shipping at no cost (if we are notified immediately) by providing a return label if needed and shipping a replacement when it is returned back. We only ask that you keep in touch and obviously realize that we cannot control how Fedex handles the package after we give it to them.
Fedex ships Monday through Friday only but some deliveries may arrive on Saturday.
We work very closely with our customers. As hinted on above, this business provides critical support for a family dealing with major medical expenses. We have no incentive to anger or disappoint you and work VERY hard to satisfy our customers. We only ask that you consider this and realize that rare mistakes may happen. We will gladly pay for shipping to exchange a damaged item but the customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns for refund. There is also a full 90-day manufacturer’s warranty on most (not all) of our items. This enables you to replace the item for free within that time period. See product instructions for more details when the item arrives.
While rare, it does happen sometimes that our suppliers cannot provide the item in a timely fashion. When this happens, you will be notified with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option for a full and immediate refund or to have the item ship when it is available. Again, this is rare and due to the great value and demand for our items.
Several states are now requiring us to collect sales tax for items shipped into that state. Rest assured this is a complete administrative hassle and waste of time for us. It is not something we want to do. Remember this is law written by your elected officials and we welcome you contacting them to stop taxation on internet sales.
